With over 20 years experience as a senior leader within the public sector, developing staff and advocating for women’s rights in the workplace, I have extensive experience as a coach and mentor. Having received various workplace training (though not qualified), and extensive recruitment/assessment experience, I am particularly experienced in promotion coaching, recruitment interviews and challenging imposter syndrome.
I love helping people explore and demolish their personal barriers, building confidence and selling themselves to take that next leap. I can reflect back what I see and hear you present, and suggest how we could step that up a gear and focus in on key skills. I am also experienced at reviewing and providing feedback on your CV/application form, assessing how well you have evidenced the skills required.

I have both received professional coaching and ‘paid forward’ that support to others, receiving excellent feedback from those I’ve worked with. My years of experience have gathered a number of tools and templates that I can share, as part of a supportive coaching relationship – friendly but honest, pushing the comfort zone, whilst building you up to see and believe in your huge range of skills and attributes!
As a recently retired, passionate career-long advocate for women working within policing, I am happy to offer my services to former colleagues (both officers and staff) without charge (but coffee/cake/travel can be negotiated!)
I would also enjoy working with others with others who would benefit from coaching – either as a one-off conversation, or series of sessions (4-6 depending on goal) – at affordable rates, particularly for charity or start-up entrepreneurs.
Please get in touch to discuss further and we can have a chat to see what would work..
